Perion’s new workspace, located on the 24th floor of the Landmark Tower in Tel Aviv, spans 3,000 sqm and was designed to evoke the feeling of a warm home or an elegant lounge.

The client requested an inviting, cozy, yet sophisticated environment that encourages both productivity and relaxation.
At the heart of the project lies an open central patio, featuring soft seating corners, curated libraries for quiet reading, an open bar for social events, and a light-filled cafeteria designed to feel welcoming and relaxed.
The space is bathed in natural light and anchored by warm, tactile materials—white oak, fluted glass, and natural terrazzo—combined with a palette of furniture in soft, warm hues.
Two additional cafeteria spaces are seamlessly integrated into the work areas, continuing the cohesive material language and ambiance.
These spaces connect work and leisure.
