We are proud to present HelloOffice, the winner of The Office of the Year Design category in The Office of the Year competition.

The rapid growth of industrial real estate developer HelloParks, founded just three years ago, necessitated the creation of a new headquarters. A member of the Futureal Group, the company designed its new 600-square-meter, people-centric office with direct input from employees. The space balances interactive teamwork and quiet focus while fostering a vibrant community life.

Located on the top floor of the Corvin ONE building—one of the first office developments by Futureal—the newly created workspace reflects HelloParks’ industrial forms and vibrant color palette. The specialists at MádiLáncos Studio, entrusted with the design, devised an ideal layout for the elongated rectangular space, ensuring the new floor plan responds to every employee need. The unique choice of materials, flexibility, and spatial and functional zoning provide maximum support for the office staff, allowing them to focus fully on the future growth of HelloParks. We were delighted to join the project, providing Basic Collection furniture to ensure comfort in the café corner dedicated to employee relaxation. The fit-out execution was carried out by Pedrano Construction Hungary.
