ÉS Bisztró – Preserved Character, Renewed Spaces

The iconic ÉS Bisztró Budapest, located in Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest, reopened in 2026 with a refreshed concept. Rather than introducing an entirely new identity, the renovation focused on refining the restaurant’s existing character, creating a brighter, more contemporary, and welcoming environment while respecting its established atmosphere and meeting the expectations of today’s guests.

The restaurant's signature chairs—originally supplied by Basic Collection—remain an integral part of the space, demonstrating how thoughtfully selected, durable furniture continues to deliver value for years. Their continued use highlights the importance of investing in timeless design and lasting quality.
