One of Basic Collection’s key international projects was furnishing Canvas Offices – High Holborn in London. This refurbished 1980s glass building officially opened on 1 May 2025, offering eight floors of modern workspace.

Features include 5 communal meeting rooms, a stunning 5th-floor event space with panoramic views of London, 16 communal phone booths and a brand-new reception area. Basic Collection provided premium, ergonomic and functional furniture tailored to the flexible community office model. The project was a clear success, with 97% of the offices pre-let within just six weeks of opening.
