Moroso was founded in 1952 by Agostino and Diana Moroso with the aim of creating sofas, armchairs, and furnishings crafted with artisanal care and a passion for creativity and quality. From the start, Moroso stood out for its innovative approach and distinctive style.

In the 1980s, the second generation of the family began collaborating with world-renowned designers such as Ron Arad, Patricia Urquiola, Marcel Wanders, and Nendo. This gave rise to an internationally recognized collection that blends global cultural influences with Moroso’s unmistakable aesthetic.
Moroso pieces have been showcased in prestigious venues like MoMA in New York, the Grand Palais in Paris, and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Balancing residential and contract markets, the brand continues to lead with innovation and a strong commitment to sustainability.
Certified with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, Moroso exports to over 70 countries, while staying true to its craftsmanship roots, customer focus, and deep passion for design.
Moroso’s story is one of vision, creativity, and celebrating the diversity of life through design.
