Magis is a family story driven by a passion for design and a daring spirit. It all began in 1976 when visionary entrepreneur Eugenio Perazza took a leap into the world of design. Starting in the small agricultural town of Motta di Livenza in the Veneto region, Perazza found inspiration in the local artisanal community, which was rich in creativity.

His idea was bold: to push the boundaries of large-scale industrial production by constantly experimenting with new codes, technologies, and materials. He wanted to offer something beyond the ordinary and predictable, reflected in the name “Magis,” which translates to “more.”

Despite challenging times, Perazza remained unwavering in his vision, never ceasing to dream. Just two months after launching, Magis debuted at its first Salone del Mobile. With passion and energy, the brand gradually dismantled the traditional conventions of the area, replacing skepticism and conventionalism with a fresh, innovative outlook.
